During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, the Class R shares of the Westport Fund and the Westport Select Cap Fund paid shareholder servicing fees equal to 0.08% and 0.13% respectively. "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses" in fiscal 2008 may be more or less than the amount paid in fiscal 2007. Westport Advisers, LLC has also contractually agreed to waive a portion of its advisory fees and/or assume certain expenses so that "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses" do not exceed 1.50% for any class.
